Enterprise Niteglow Grubs

Tests have proven that blue/green light is most visible to fish in low light conditions. Our Niteglow grubs contains high grade luminous additive giving a glow time of up to 8 hours when fully charged. Charge the grub for approximately 1-2 minutes, slowly rotating it in the beam to ensure all areas are fully charged. Charge times will vary depending on the type of torch being used. We recommend that you use our U. V. torch sold separately, for charging within 15 seconds.

After the initial very bright glow, the grubs will continue to glow for several hours at a reduced level. We recommend recharging after 3-4 hours to maintain a good glow.

Grubs can be used in conjunction with real maggots or fished on their own as a buoyant bait, when matched with an appropriate hook size. They are also useful when small fish arc a nuisance, and are constantly tearing real maggots.

Enterprise Ultra Violet Torch

Designed to 'charge up' our new 'Niteglow Corn' and 'Hi- Power Glow Sticks', this Ultra violet torch is the most efficient light source to charge luminous products.
The torch can be operated by either depressing the button or sliding the switch over to give continuous light. Enterprise Artificial Hemp

A buoyant imitation split grain of hemp that can be used directly on a hook or hair rig. Contains a soft white rubber kernel that makes hooking easy and ensures the hook stays firmly in place.

Use a single grain on a small hook e.g. size 18, or multiple grains can be threaded onto a hair by passing a baiting needle through the soft kernel. The buoyancy of the grains will partly counterbalance the weight of the hook. As a guide: 10 grains will counterbalance a size 10 specimen type hook.

Packs contain 10 grains.

Enterprise Pop Up Pellet 6mm

A buoyant imitation pellet, soft enough to use on the hook or Pop Up Pellet in usehair rig. They contain real fish oil and shellfish flavour and are resistant to the attentions of nuisance species including Crayfish.

Enterprise Flake Maize

A buoyant imitation flake of maize that is ideal for use with method mix groundbaits, or other feeds containing particles and flakes. Ideal when fished as a slow sinking hook bait in conjunction with the bagging waggler method on the commercial pools, or for the big carp angler fishing over a bed of bait.

Enterprise Imitation Dog Biscuit

Enterprise Imitation Dog Biscuits have been developed to overcome some of the problems associated with other similar products currently available. The inclusion of a counterweight (PAT Pending) into one side ensures that the hook always remains on top, out of view of any wary fish. It also ensures that the imitation biscuits sits low in the water, just like real biscuit that has become waterlogged.

Lightly nick the hook through the side of the mixer opposite the counterweight and position it in the back of the hook ensuring the point remains fully exposed.

Note: the counterweight can be removed by squeezing the biscuit and replaced with the plug provided, should a hair rig presentation be required.

Enterprise Imitation Luncheon Meat

Enterprise Imitation luncheon meat is extremely buoyant and soft, yet is tough enough to stay firmly on a hook or hair rig during casting, helping to prevent real meat from flying off. It is also resistant to the unwanted attention of nuisance species including Crayfish.

Simply cut or tear a piece from the block and hook lightly, ensuring most of the hook is exposed (as in the photograph). The tough outer skin can be picked away if required to produce an irregular ragged-look bait that can be soaked in a flavour of the anglers choice.

Enterprise Bait Cage

Made from soft neutrally buoyant plastic that is virtually invisible in water, our Bait Cages offer the angler a new concept in bait presentation, making it possible to present baits in a way like never before. Baits such as caster and hemp can be squashed once inside the cage to release juices and oils, sweetcorn pulp can be squeezed out of its skin into the cage to produce a juicy sweetcorn 'ball'.

Bait CageBoilie crumb, mini pellets, crushed tiger nuts, chopped worm, paste, liquidised or punched bread can all be used individually or mixed in the cage to give an enticing hook bait, that crayfish and small nuisance fish cannot destroy. Eight or nine large maggots will produce a writhing ball, that fish find irresistible as they get stuck trying to escape through the mesh.

Thread one of the discs onto the hair rig first before attaching the bait cage open end facing up the hair. Secure with a hair stop beneath the solid base. Once filled, slide the disc down to seal the opening.

Enterprise Hook Skins

Designed primarily to disguise the bare hook when using hair rigged baits, hook sinks also resemble a pupa/larvae which form part of a fishes natural diet.

By blending in with the bottom colour and eliminating glint from the sun, their use could give the angler an advantage when targeting hook shy, wary fish. The pack includes two colours for use over silt or gravel.

Enterprise Pastemate

The Paste Mate was designed to alleviate the two most common problems associated with paste fishing, ie missing bites due to the hook point being covered, and the paste coming off during the cast. It is basically a small rubber ball that has a stem attached to it, though which the hook point is passed.

The paste is then moulded around the ball, stem and shank of the hook, leaving the point and part of the bend exposed. The stem can easily be shortened with scisscors to suit various sizes of paste bait.

The Paste-Mate can be positioned at any point on the hook, to suit the anglers requirements eg. with the hook point coming out of the side or top of the ball of paste. It can be easily removed from barbless or semi-barbless hooks, and re-used many times, or simply left on a barbed hook at the end of a session that you intend to use again.
